80% of your running should be done at a low heart rate to activate your body’s fat-burning system and build the aerobic base essential for endurance. The remaining 20% should be spent running at a high pace, pushing yourself to improve your personal bests. Sometimes, you may also run with a specific goal in mind. We’d like to introduce features that are essential for runners like you. We’re constantly improving.1. Heart Rate Setting Mode: To sustain continuous running, it’s important to exercise in line with your body’s condition. When your heart rate exceeds the set range, your Apple Watch will notify you with constant vibrations to prevent overexertion. Find joy in running while building your aerobic foundation.2. Pace Setting Mode: When you exceed the set pace range, your Apple Watch will notify you with constant vibrations. Challenge your limits by practicing running consistently at your target pace.3. Pacemaker Setting Mode:When you set a target distance and time, it continuously compares the remaining distance and current pace in real-time. The Apple Watch provides ongoing vibrations to indicate if maintaining your current pace will help you achieve your goal. The iPhone gives continuous voice guidance on the exact pace you need to maintain to reach your goal. The voice guidance doesn't interrupt your music :)4. Custom Workout Mode:Create and perform custom workouts with consecutive sessions using various factors such as time, distance, heart rate, and pace. This feature is essential for training sessions aimed at specific goals or interval training. Set up your workout in the iOS app and use the synced data on your watch to exercise! Voice guidance provides new information for each new session. The voice guidance doesn't interrupt your music :)This feature is available starting from Apple Watch Series 4 and all SE models :)If you have any questions or experience any issues, feel free to DM us on Instagram at @goru_nning or send an email to young@missionfingers.com.
